The Role: Associate Director - Enterprise Sales (North) – Strategic New Logo Acquisition
- We’re hiring a high-impact sales leader to drive new logo acquisition for large enterprise accounts.
- You’ll take full ownership of the hunt — identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic deals that fuel the next chapter of WebEngage’s growth.
- This is not a farming role. It’s a true hunter’s seat — built for someone who thrives on complexity, influence, and competition.
Your Impact
- Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Lead complex, high-value deals from first contact to close — across sectors like BFSI, Telecom, OTT, Retail, and Digital-first enterprises.
- Sell to the C-Suite: Map and influence buying centers across Marketing, Technology, and Digital Transformation orgs; build conviction at the CXO level.
- Shape the Solution: Translate business problems into powerful narratives using WebEngage’s platform; lead with strategy, backed by product and pre-sales.
- Drive the Pipeline: Build, qualify, and advance a robust pipeline with precision and velocity; own the forecast.
- Win Complex Deals: Navigate procurement, RFPs, infosec, legal, and commercial negotiations with confidence and control.
- Expand Our Reach: Penetrate legacy industries, open new verticals, and deepen our presence in strategic Indian accounts.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work tightly with product, marketing, and leadership to inform GTM strategy and accelerate enterprise momentum.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years focused on new logo acquisition
- Strong command of consultative, strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, Value Selling)
- Proven ability to sell complex platforms to C-level stakeholders in long-cycle, multi-threaded deals
- Deep knowledge of the Indian enterprise landscape and an established network in key verticals
- Experience in Martech, CRM, CDP, data platforms, or adjacent enterprise tech stacks
- High-performance mindset — you know your metrics, your win rate, and your quota achievements cold
- Resilience and drive — you’ve worked in high-stakes environments and delivered against aggressive targets
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you move fast, think on your feet, and own your outcomes
