Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across verticals.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying opportunities within banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, fintechs, wealth management firms, and digital financial services organizations.
- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders including CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of CRM, Customer Experience, Digital Banking, Growth, and Product.
- Understand customer challenges around customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and lifecycle marketing, and position WebEngage's platform to address these needs.
- Lead solution presentations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, sales forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
Experience
- 5–8 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Mandatory experience selling MarTech, Customer Engagement, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Marketing Automation, CRM, Analytics, Personalization, Digital Experience, or Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
- Experience selling into Digital-first businesses across E-commerce, Retail, D2C, BFSI, FinTech, EdTech, Media, Gaming, Travel, Healthcare, or Consumer Internet organizations.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience managing end-to-end consultative sales cycles, from prospecting to commercial negotiations and deal closure.
